Meet our Instructors
Lynn is an advanced Vinyasa yoga teacher(E-RYT500), who has studied and taught for over 15 years. Her experience is also informed by a background in dance, pilates and physical fitness. Her primary teacher is Jason Crandell and she is graduate of his 300 hour Advanced Vinyasa training program.
Her classes are challenging yet accessible, and are structured to build mastery and a sense of accomplishment, while maintaining a playful perspective. Lynn understands that people are motivated by many different things including strength, vitality, ease in their bodies and appearance.
She enjoys teaching all levels, from enthusiastic beginners to athletes and dancers looking to improve their performance. Lynn’s emphasis on proper form and alignment within a flow format helps students appreciate the physical experience of Yoga, develop long lean muscles, core strength and flexibility, and to bring that body awareness into daily life.
